PROPOSED PPOA BYLAWS AMENDMENTS

In a few days all PPOA Members will receive a US Mail letter asking you to vote on the proposed PPOA Bylaws Amendments.  That mailing includes an explanation about the proposed amendments, a copy of the newly proposed Bylaws, and instruction on how to vote for approval or not.
